Modern USB drives come with a maximum capacity of 1 TB. ️2007 – HITACHI unveils World’s FIRST 1 TB HARD DRIVE – Compact in size and a capacity of 1024 GB. ️2016 – SAMSUNG ships the World’s largest capacity SSD – It has a capacity of up to 15TB and just measures 2.5 inches in size.
